1970 S2a 109
This late Series 2a 109 currently stands as a bare shell awaiting a complete ground up nut-and-bolt restoration.
As this project has not yet begun, you have the opportunity to commission us to build and or modifiy the vehicle to your own specification and desires. The earlier you get involved, the more you can influence the final product.
The build will begin with a brand new galvanised chassis. The engine and driveline components will be fully overhaulled along with all steering and electrical components. Genuine, OEM and NOS components will be used wherever possible.
This vehicle will benefit from a brand new wiring loom, all new braking system and pipework, all new glass and seating.
Do you want a concours restoration to the original build spec? Would you like a roofless summer fun vehicle repowered with a Rover V8? Would you like power steering, heated leather seat and chunky off-road tyres? Would you like it painting in a modern colour or prefer to choose something from the louder end of the period-correct British Leyland pallette? Triumph Topaz Orange anyone? The final specification can be tailered to whatever you desire so do please get in contact and we can begin designing your next Classic.
Would you prefer it to be a short wheel base? Or maybe based on a coil-sprung model? Well, we can cater for that too. Please do get in touch with your build preferences.
