Bespoke nut-and-bolt rebuild to meet the Clients evolving specification.
Bodywork taken back to bare metal, repaired as required and refinished in satin Sahara Dust. A galvanised chassis, bulkhead and front panel form the backbone of this one-of-a-kind build. All cappings powder coated Satin Black to give a striking contrast.
Repowered with a fully rebuild 3500cc Rover V8 for retro vibes and sounds. High specification cooling system with a custom made aluminium radiator at its heart. Rebuilt SU Carbs, electronic ignition system and besoke engine bay wiring harness.
The suspension system has been modernised with parabolic springs to give a more compliant ride. A power steering system has been introduced to increase the drivebility whilst maintaining the original looks within the cab area. Remainder of the transmission and running gear overhauled to original specification using Genuine and OEM/NOS components wherever possible. Refurbished Fairey Overdrive and Free Wheeling Hubs fitted.
Discrete 12volt power outlets integrated to lower dash to solve the modern problems of on-the-road phone charging and to provide power to the sat-nav when heading out on the next adventure. Thatcham Cat II Immobilser and all new lighting. Custom made leather seating with the rear cushions fitted to bespoke frames.
